梅毒疹的初期就是指一期梅毒，主要的表現(xiàn)是硬下疳。硬下疳經(jīng)過2~4周的潛伏期，在性接觸的部位會(huì)形成小潰瘍，表現(xiàn)為圓形或橢圓形，表面較干凈，周邊會(huì)稍隆起，用手觸摸會(huì)有軟骨樣的硬度。這種小潰瘍有時(shí)候自己不容易發(fā)現(xiàn)，也不容易識(shí)別。
硬下疳不經(jīng)過治療，也會(huì)經(jīng)過3~6周的時(shí)間自愈。若沒有引起注意，梅毒螺旋體會(huì)通過淋巴系統(tǒng)到達(dá)全身，然后侵犯各個(gè)器官。建議如果有不潔的性接觸，又在局部有一些潰瘍，一定要到醫(yī)院進(jìn)行相關(guān)的化驗(yàn)。
