流行性感冒的并發(fā)癥主要有：肺炎，呼吸窘迫綜合征，繼發(fā)性的細(xì)菌性感染的肺炎，肺紋理增多，基礎(chǔ)病等。
一、最常見的是肺炎以及呼吸窘迫綜合征。
二、有一部分患者會出現(xiàn)繼發(fā)性的細(xì)菌性感染的肺炎。如患者會出現(xiàn)以發(fā)熱、咳嗽、咳膿痰為主要表現(xiàn)。
三、在影像學(xué)上出現(xiàn)肺紋理的增多，同時在影像學(xué)上能夠看到炎性滲出所產(chǎn)生的密度增高影。
四、有的患者存在基礎(chǔ)病，如慢性呼吸系統(tǒng)疾患的患者，或心臟疾患的患者，患者的病情進(jìn)展有可能會出現(xiàn)呼吸窘迫綜合征，患者在短時間內(nèi)隨著病情的進(jìn)展會出現(xiàn)呼吸困難，表現(xiàn)為呼吸頻率的增加，以及相應(yīng)的體征，會出現(xiàn)口唇紫紺相應(yīng)的表現(xiàn)。
