食管壓力測(cè)定的操作流程

首先，幫助患者擺放舒適體位后，醫(yī)務(wù)人員經(jīng)鼻腔緩慢導(dǎo)入測(cè)壓導(dǎo)管，待導(dǎo)管進(jìn)入鼻咽部后，醫(yī)生囑咐患者應(yīng)正常呼吸并進(jìn)行吞咽動(dòng)作，確定導(dǎo)管進(jìn)入食管后即開始進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。
檢查時(shí)，患者應(yīng)遵照醫(yī)務(wù)人員指示，適當(dāng)進(jìn)行吞咽動(dòng)作或避免吞咽唾液。在檢查期間或檢查后，鼻腔或咽喉部位可能會(huì)因插管出現(xiàn)異物感不適感或疼痛等，少數(shù)患者鼻腔和咽喉部位還可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)少量出血，均屬正常現(xiàn)象，給與患者耐心解釋，緩解患者緊張情緒。
此項(xiàng)操作需要清醒患者及配合度高的患者與醫(yī)務(wù)人員配合完成。
