拔智齒打了麻藥還疼嗎

臨床上確實會出現(xiàn)打麻藥以后，拔牙時仍然會出現(xiàn)疼痛、不舒服的感覺，一般出現(xiàn)此種情況，可以給患者追加麻藥，可以給患者再打一針。
若依然疼，可以追加麻藥，當(dāng)然，有的患者，可能對麻藥確實不敏感，可通過增大劑量的方式來達(dá)到麻醉效果?？傊?，現(xiàn)在拔智齒基本上一是通過麻醉，二通過手術(shù)方法，盡量采取微創(chuàng)的方式，減少創(chuàng)傷，減少患者術(shù)后反應(yīng)和術(shù)中的疼痛感。
有的患者可能是比較重度的牙科恐懼癥，對打麻藥的疼痛都不能耐受，可給患者吸笑氣，再注射麻醉。患者的牙科恐懼癥非常嚴(yán)重，甚至可以在全麻下治療。
