乳頭出血是癌嗎

乳頭出血，的確在所有的乳頭溢液里邊是應(yīng)該引起最高度重視的情況。的確有10%的乳頭出血是乳腺癌的表現(xiàn)，當(dāng)然更多的是導(dǎo)管內(nèi)癌，就是導(dǎo)管里邊的癌變，破壞了導(dǎo)管周圍的血管壁，進而造成的溢血。
當(dāng)然還有絕大部分的乳頭出血，并不是乳腺癌的情況，還有可能是乳導(dǎo)管擴張癥、炎癥，導(dǎo)管內(nèi)良性的腫瘤等等。
當(dāng)然一旦出血還是要進行相應(yīng)的檢查，包括乳頭溢血的涂片的檢查，乳管鏡的檢查、彩超，甚至是乳腺核磁的檢查，都會幫助判斷出血的原因。乳管鏡還能夠提供一定程度的沖洗，有治療的作用。
