對(duì)于因上火所造成的血壓升高，在日常生活中要減少上火，在飲食方面，可適當(dāng)多吃具有降火功效的食物，可以吃一些含糖量低的水果。還可適當(dāng)?shù)暮纫恍┚哂薪祷鹱饔玫牟?，像決明子茶、菊花茶。除了飲食之外，在情緒方面也一定要注意靜心，平時(shí)一定要注意多休息，早起、早睡、避免經(jīng)常熬夜。
