生殖器皰疹復(fù)發(fā)后怎么治療

生殖器皰疹復(fù)發(fā)出現(xiàn)的臨床表現(xiàn)，主要就是生殖器區(qū)域簇集性小水皰，伴有疼痛等。
復(fù)發(fā)之后，應(yīng)該口服像伐昔洛韋阿昔洛韋或者泛昔洛韋其中一種，需口服五天，局部用藥要注意皮損處的護(hù)理，注意局部的消毒，可以涂抹噴昔洛韋軟膏或者是說干擾素凝膠等，抑制局部的病毒，如果有繼發(fā)感染的話，應(yīng)該應(yīng)用抗生素軟膏進(jìn)行抗細(xì)菌的治療。
如果復(fù)發(fā)性生殖器皰疹復(fù)發(fā)次數(shù)非常頻繁，一年復(fù)發(fā)六次以上，應(yīng)該應(yīng)用長期抑制療法，每天用藥四個月甚至十個月以上，中間需要檢測病情變化。
