如何確定咳嗽變異性哮喘，需要做一些輔助的檢查，如肺功能的檢查，看有沒(méi)有哮喘的特異，可恢復(fù)性的小氣道的阻塞性病變，如果有，基本上可以確定為咳嗽變異哮喘。
