查hpv病毒常用的是細(xì)胞學(xué)宮頸涂片檢查，但常常不敏感，細(xì)胞學(xué)涂片是病毒所致，移形表現(xiàn)和凹空細(xì)胞，臨床上常用的比較準(zhǔn)確的是用免疫組織化學(xué)檢查法，檢查hpv病毒，所用的方法有PAP法、ABC法等等，組織切片、染色等系列。處理以后有空泡化，細(xì)胞核內(nèi)見(jiàn)有褐棕色，顆粒狀的沉著，為hpv病毒陽(yáng)性。
hpv感染常常引起尖銳濕疣，尖銳濕疣又稱之為生殖器疣或性病疣，是由生殖器人乳頭瘤病毒感染，是常見(jiàn)的性傳播性疾病之一。尖銳濕疣多發(fā)生于年輕人，潛伏期三周至八個(gè)月，平均是三個(gè)月。
