做胃鏡會導致膽汁反流嗎

好多朋友做胃鏡時都會拿到一個報告，叫膽汁反流性胃炎。此時心中有疑慮，是不是醫(yī)生幫我做出膽汁反流了或用胃鏡給杵成膽汁反流。其實不是，做胃鏡時，如在胃里面看到好多黃色的膽汁樣物，叫膽汁反流性的胃炎。
最主要的原因是消化道的動力障礙，分泌膽汁是通過肝臟、膽囊、膽總管下來，通過十二指腸乳頭后排泌到小腸，大便會出現(xiàn)黃色。如患者的動力稍弱，就有可能通過十二指腸乳頭排泌到十二指腸后反到胃里，胃腔內可能看到黃色的膽汁樣物，胃鏡醫(yī)生例行診斷，叫膽汁反流性胃炎。但要搞清楚因果關系。
