臨床認(rèn)為正常人的心跳次數(shù)在60-100次/分之間，低于60次/分叫做心動(dòng)過緩，高于100次/分叫做心動(dòng)過速。
心跳過緩的原因有：一、先天遺傳性。二、運(yùn)動(dòng)員心臟或重體力勞動(dòng)患者，休息的時(shí)候心率也可能不到60次/分。三、藥物的影響，如病人長期吃減慢心率的藥物，比如倍他樂克、硫氮卓酮，這些減慢心率的藥物要是不是太慢，一般是可以接受的。
心跳過快的原因有：一、和遺傳相關(guān)。二、劇烈活動(dòng)、緊張、情緒激動(dòng)。三、一些病因性的，如冠心病、心肌缺血、心力衰竭、高血壓等。
