肚子有蛔蟲，一般口服苯咪唑類的藥物。如果是廣泛的蛔蟲，蛔蟲在腸腔內(nèi)才有可能纏繞形成團(tuán)塊狀的蟲體、蛔蟲團(tuán)，這種情況有可能會(huì)引起腸道的梗阻，甚至是引起急性的胃腸痙攣，有可能需要急診手術(shù)，后果嚴(yán)重。這種情況下，在口服藥物之前，建議先口服植物油，植物油可以使蛔蟲分散一些，避免形成蛔蟲團(tuán)，造成急性的病癥。有些病人可以口服廣譜的抗蛔蟲藥物，比如伊維菌素，口服伊維菌素來起到殺蟲的效果。
總之目前來講最常用，治療蛔蟲的藥物是苯咪唑類的藥物，如果是蛔蟲比較重，可以考慮伊維菌素來驅(qū)蟲。
