手腕有個疙瘩可能有很多原因，最常見的是囊腫。手腕的囊腫經(jīng)常是手腕的關(guān)節(jié)從關(guān)節(jié)、關(guān)節(jié)囊膨出出現(xiàn)的囊腫，但是手腕的橈側(cè)以及靠近大拇指這一側(cè)，有時在橈骨莖突部位出現(xiàn)腱鞘囊腫。
橈骨莖突的腱鞘的囊腫，可以通過手術(shù)能夠完整切除，將來也不容易復(fù)發(fā)。手腕部位從關(guān)節(jié)突出出來的囊腫，經(jīng)過手術(shù)治療，切除有的時候切不干凈，容易復(fù)發(fā)，所以手腕部位的囊腫最常用的治療方法，應(yīng)該也是最合理的治療方法，把它揉破，而不是通過手術(shù)。還有一個就是手腕出了疙瘩，也有可能是因為軟組織腫物或者骨的腫物。
