腦出血需要手術(shù)治療嗎

對(duì)于腦出血患者是否需要治療主要根據(jù)患者出血量的多少、年齡、身體健康狀況以及意識(shí)狀況等情況進(jìn)行綜合分析和評(píng)估。
出血量是可以通過(guò)ct檢查或者磁共振檢查來(lái)進(jìn)行評(píng)估的，一般來(lái)說(shuō)大腦半球的出血達(dá)到三十毫升或者小腦的出血達(dá)到十毫升，都是需要考慮手術(shù)治療的。如果患者已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了嗜睡、昏睡甚至昏迷的狀態(tài)，提示出血的情況使患者的神經(jīng)功能受到一定程度的影響，這種情況一般來(lái)說(shuō)是需要考慮手術(shù)治療的。
還有一類(lèi)患者是出血量非常大，在出血發(fā)生之后患者迅速發(fā)生了腦疝，甚至在到達(dá)醫(yī)院的時(shí)候已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了雙側(cè)瞳孔的散大，這種情況手術(shù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)很高，并且及時(shí)進(jìn)行的手術(shù)治療也未必能夠恢復(fù)，特別是那些已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)生命體征不穩(wěn)定的患者，也就沒(méi)有辦法進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療了。
