最常見的肚皮出現(xiàn)瘙癢有以下幾種：
懷孕的女性在7、8個月的時候出現(xiàn)妊娠癢疹，肚皮很容易癢。還有由于懷孕了以后局部有妊娠紋，表皮沒有破損，但是下面真皮層的彈力纖維斷了，也會表現(xiàn)瘙癢。
正常成年人肚皮癢，最常見的就是系腰帶的地方出現(xiàn)人工蕁麻疹，也叫慢性蕁麻疹，是由于局部有壓力以后，刺激了局部的皮膚，出現(xiàn)組胺物質(zhì)的釋放，產(chǎn)生局部的類似風團的情況，瘙癢很明顯。
老年人會出現(xiàn)全身瘙癢，這種皮膚瘙癢會有細小的裂紋，甚至有點干、脫皮，這就是瘙癢癥。再者，肚皮癢也可能是疥瘡。如果皮膚瘙癢，反復不愈，時間較長，一定要趕快看一看是不是疥瘡。
