兒童蕁麻疹不會傳染，蕁麻疹俗稱為風(fēng)疹塊，是指由各種因素致使皮膚、黏膜、血管發(fā)生暫時性炎性充血與組織內(nèi)水腫，基本損害是風(fēng)團。風(fēng)團出現(xiàn)前皮膚損害先有發(fā)癢或麻刺感，迅速出現(xiàn)一過性的風(fēng)團，風(fēng)團常常于24小時之內(nèi)可以自行消退，此起彼伏、不留痕跡通常瘙癢。
兒童蕁麻疹是比較多見的，常常以感染因素過敏者多見，但是慢性經(jīng)過者比較少見。大多數(shù)蕁麻疹均為變態(tài)反應(yīng)性疾病，不是傳染性疾病，因此不傳染，兒童蕁麻疹可以根據(jù)公斤體重，給與抗組胺藥物治療。
