兒童腦震蕩和成人腦震蕩的臨床表現(xiàn)基本上相似，主要表現(xiàn)為患兒在外傷之后出現(xiàn)一過性意識不清，通常不會超過半個小時，一般只是幾十秒到幾分鐘的時間?；純涸谝庾R恢復(fù)到正常之后，對受傷經(jīng)過不能夠很好回憶。患兒意識恢復(fù)到正常后，會出現(xiàn)頭痛、惡心、嘔吐、精神萎靡、食欲不振等表現(xiàn)，這些情況都和頭部外傷有些關(guān)系。如果有這些臨床表現(xiàn)，常常提示或者是發(fā)生腦震蕩。
