宮頸CIN1一般是指低級別宮頸鱗狀上皮內(nèi)病變。如果低級別宮頸鱗狀上皮內(nèi)病變采用激光手術(shù)進行治療，通常10-15分鐘可以做完。具體分析如下：
低級別宮頸鱗狀上皮內(nèi)病變是指宮頸上皮的下三分之一處被異型細胞取代，性生活過早、性生活紊亂、人乳頭瘤病毒感染等因素都可能導致該病的形成，多數(shù)患者一般無特殊的臨床癥狀，偶爾有陰道排液增多的情況，可能會伴有異味。激光手術(shù)是利用強激光束氣化、碳化、凝固甚至切割掉病變組織，從而達到結(jié)痂、脫落，達到治愈的目的。如果病變范圍比較小，通常10-15分鐘就可以完成，建議患者術(shù)后在醫(yī)生的指導下服用阿莫西林膠囊、頭孢克肟膠囊、阿奇霉素膠囊等藥物，能起到抗感染的效果，避免病情反復。
