膝蓋跪著疼是什么原因

髕骨的下極如果在跪著時候疼痛，有可能脛骨的前方受到壓迫，或者是出現(xiàn)局部肌肉、韌帶損傷。
膝關(guān)節(jié)在跪著的時候，一般不會產(chǎn)生明顯癥狀。如果一跪下就很疼，說明關(guān)節(jié)承重能力下降，最常見的是關(guān)節(jié)退變和關(guān)節(jié)炎癥。
另外，如果出現(xiàn)滑囊炎，跪著的時候會出現(xiàn)一些癥狀，滑囊炎疼痛。
還有痛風，代謝以后，痛風結(jié)石會在膝關(guān)節(jié)周圍可誘發(fā)炎癥，這時候跪著可能疼痛。
此外，脛骨上端是腫瘤的好發(fā)部位，也是骨轉(zhuǎn)移癌可以侵襲到的部位，所以如果該地骨質(zhì)發(fā)生破壞，在跪著的時候也會出現(xiàn)疼痛。
