什么是骨質(zhì)連續(xù)性中斷

該問題應(yīng)該是反映在醫(yī)生的影像學(xué)報告里面，骨質(zhì)連續(xù)性的中斷，要看是部分中斷或是全部中斷。全部中斷，一般是骨折的一種反應(yīng)，應(yīng)該根據(jù)骨質(zhì)的連續(xù)性中斷、全部中斷便能判斷是骨折，而若是部分中斷，如看到骨頭里骨小梁不連續(xù)，但骨皮質(zhì)即外頭一層，比較厚的骨頭仍是連續(xù)的，此時要考慮是不是有腫瘤、結(jié)核、炎癥病變。
當(dāng)然亦有其他情況，如甲狀旁腺機(jī)能亢進(jìn)后會造成重度骨質(zhì)疏松，所以連續(xù)性中斷，一定要由臨床醫(yī)生來判斷，光靠影像學(xué)的報告是不夠的，若是出現(xiàn)骨質(zhì)連續(xù)性中斷是骨折，要采取骨折的治療方法。
