第二個是腸功能紊亂，腸道的動力的障礙，比如說有甲狀腺功能亢進，腸蠕動過快，出現(xiàn)肚子內(nèi)咕咕響，排氣增多的情況。第一，可調(diào)整飲食的結(jié)構(gòu)，停掉容易產(chǎn)氣的食物。第二，可吃調(diào)節(jié)腸道菌群的藥物或者喝酸奶。如果調(diào)整飲食結(jié)構(gòu)后還出現(xiàn)這個情況，建議去消化科就醫(yī)，做結(jié)腸鏡、腹部的超聲，排除器質(zhì)性的病變。
