局部鼻癤腫嚴(yán)重嗎

鼻前庭主要是由皮膚組成的，上面有毛囊以及皮脂腺，當(dāng)皮脂腺的或者是毛囊的開口堵塞的時候，就會出現(xiàn)鼻癤。同時伴有細(xì)菌感染的時候，就會形成膿腫，膿頭破潰的時候就會有膿性分泌物溢出。
鼻前庭炎時，可用局部的抗生素軟膏給與治療。如治療不當(dāng)或沒有給與及時的診治，那么就使炎癥擴(kuò)散、彌漫到整個鼻前庭。出現(xiàn)彌漫性的鼻前庭炎，出現(xiàn)整個鼻尖部的腫脹，甚至?xí)刂o脈或是血管、淋巴管向顱內(nèi)蔓延，引起眼部和顱內(nèi)的癥狀。
所以出現(xiàn)鼻癤不應(yīng)隨意擠壓，應(yīng)當(dāng)及時給與治療，防止出現(xiàn)炎癥的擴(kuò)散以及嚴(yán)重的并發(fā)癥。
