大便細一定是腸癌嗎

大便變細可能合并有腸癌，首先考慮有可能合并的腸癌是直腸癌，大便通過結腸將消化的食物水分吸收后形成大便，儲存在乙狀結腸，從直腸排出。如果直腸長了腫瘤，腫瘤是比較沒有彈性和柔韌性的結構，正常結腸和直腸有一定擴展性。大便有一定粗度，但每個人粗細不同，如果大便最近發(fā)生明顯變細則可推測在直腸這一段一定出現(xiàn)腸道結構擴展性受到的影響即有病變，通常不是炎癥，是腫瘤。
所以排便后要看大便有沒有變細、大便上有沒有溝槽。
