IgA腎病是一種常見的腎小球疾病，臨床表現(xiàn)可以是多種多樣的，病人主要表現(xiàn)為血尿、蛋白尿、水腫、高血壓，伴有或者不伴有腎功能的損傷，是導致終末期腎臟病尿毒癥的常見的原發(fā)性腎小球疾病之一。
IgA腎病的特征是腎活檢病理上會有所顯示，在腎小球系膜區(qū)以IgA沉積為主的免疫復合物沉積，光鏡下以腎小球系膜增生為基本的組織學改變。IgA腎病臨床表現(xiàn)多種多樣，多見于青壯年，可以出現(xiàn)與感染同步的血尿，可以是鏡下血尿或者是肉眼血尿。
