過敏性鼻炎通常需要使用藥物緩解癥狀。臨床常用的治療過敏性鼻炎的藥物有抗組胺藥、糖皮質(zhì)激素及抗膽堿能藥等。常用的抗組胺藥有西替利嗪，糖皮質(zhì)激素有布地奈德，抗膽堿能藥有苯環(huán)喹溴銨鼻噴霧劑。
苯環(huán)喹溴銨鼻噴霧劑可以抑制腺體分泌和炎癥反應(yīng)，快速止涕，且不含激素，安全性較高，可以根據(jù)具體的情況進(jìn)行聯(lián)合用藥。如果患者癥狀較為嚴(yán)重，經(jīng)過藥物治療后癥狀無明顯改善，也可以咨詢醫(yī)生，考慮手術(shù)治療，改善癥狀。
另外，過敏性鼻炎患者應(yīng)及時就醫(yī)，明確過敏原，且盡量避免或減少接觸過敏原。此外，平時要適當(dāng)進(jìn)行體育鍛煉，增強(qiáng)自身抵抗能力。
