兩邊腎脹痛的原因，可以有腰肌的病變、腎臟的疾病以及泌尿系統(tǒng)疾病、腫瘤的病變等。
泌尿系感染像腎盂腎炎，一般是病變單側(cè)的疼痛。腰肌病變往往是雙側(cè)比較多見的，但是腰椎病變引起的腰部疼痛，一般是后背部正中部位疼痛為主，很少是雙側(cè)腰痛的情況發(fā)生。所以兩邊如果出現(xiàn)了腎的脹痛，建議完善尿常規(guī)、腎功能、泌尿系的彩超等相關(guān)的檢查來加以明確。如果通過檢查，確實沒有腎臟相關(guān)的疾病，雙側(cè)腰部的疼痛、脹痛，還是與腰肌的病變可能性比較大，比如腰肌勞損或者腰肌筋膜炎。
