首先要進(jìn)行正確疏導(dǎo)，同時(shí)注意在睡覺前，減少飲水量，同時(shí)建議小孩兒在夜間時(shí)，父母要督促一次或兩次起床排尿，讓其知道有尿意要迅速排尿。
有些孩子是由于包莖原因，長(zhǎng)期包皮垢刺激龜頭，敏感度過高，出現(xiàn)尿床、尿失禁情況。
還有的孩子由于神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)育不全，由于顱內(nèi)神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、垂體的，或者腰椎的一些疾病造成尿床，這種器質(zhì)性病變，或者有手術(shù)指征病變，通過早期進(jìn)行手術(shù)也能解決。
所以說孩子經(jīng)常尿床，只是在五歲的孩子經(jīng)常尿床，不一定是有什么器質(zhì)性問題，但帶孩子到醫(yī)院進(jìn)行相應(yīng)檢查，是比較可靠的辦法。
