乳腺上面會(huì)有各種各樣的病，有乳腺癌、乳腺纖維瘤、乳腺腺瘤、乳腺囊腫、乳腺的微乳頭狀瘤、肉瘤。乳腺的纖維瘤在乳腺疾病當(dāng)中還是有一定的比例的，在B超下可以看到結(jié)節(jié)，邊界一般還是比較清楚的，也是比較韌的，很容易鑒別。如果想做纖維瘤處理，有開放性手術(shù)、微創(chuàng)、脈脈通切除等方法。
手術(shù)后要疼多久，是由手術(shù)選擇，手術(shù)結(jié)果來決定的，有人切完后可能是一兩天就不疼，有手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷可能過了一周也就一點(diǎn)都不疼。如果要手術(shù)切得不好，沒有切凈，又合并感染，那就可能疼痛會(huì)久一點(diǎn)。
總之，手術(shù)后疼痛不是個(gè)多大的事，還有纖維瘤和癌的關(guān)系，以前就講纖維瘤容易癌變，現(xiàn)在研究發(fā)現(xiàn)這是兩個(gè)病。
