耳朵發(fā)炎一般不用碘伏消毒，因為碘伏是皮膚消毒的消毒劑，在耳朵發(fā)炎的時候通常病人的外耳道呈急性的感染，有充血、水腫或者是中耳有急性的炎癥，鼓膜充血、腫脹、甚至有穿孔，這時候通常要清理外耳道以后，用雙氧水進行沖洗外耳道或清理外耳道，同時要用抗感染的藥物進行治療，比如像頭孢類或者是阿奇霉素類進行口服，局部要給與抗生素滴耳液進行滴耳。
在生活當中要特別注意，避免辛辣刺激性的食物，避免喝酒，要注意充分的休息，經過這樣的綜合治療，一般在一周到10天左右，耳朵的發(fā)炎通常能夠完全得到痊愈。
