臉頰長閉口在治療時：
第一，主要是開通毛孔，可以使用阿達(dá)帕林或維A酸乳膏，盡量在晚上使用，因為維生素A在代謝過程中，會引起局部的色素沉著。面頰的皮膚很細(xì)很嫩，當(dāng)抹了這些藥物后，很容易出現(xiàn)皮膚的紅腫、刺激、脫皮，建議涂抹皮膚修復(fù)劑，如表皮細(xì)胞生長因子。當(dāng)抹完了后，建議再抹霜劑或油膏覆蓋在表面上。
當(dāng)皮膚非常薄，皮膚又很敏感時，可用乳酸軟膏，乳酸的刺激性相對比較小，對人體的刺激不會那么明顯。
第二，控制油脂，控制油脂后會發(fā)現(xiàn)閉口跟皮膚干燥有關(guān)，因為分泌的角質(zhì)細(xì)胞沒有排泄掉，軟化角質(zhì)細(xì)胞可抹皮膚滋潤劑或保濕、保水的物質(zhì)，建議用紗布沾水，在局部貼敷后再抹油膏。
