大多數(shù)肝臟血管瘤都存在于肝臟里，都是通過微創(chuàng)的手術(shù)，如腔鏡手術(shù)去處理。腔鏡手術(shù)的創(chuàng)傷不大，手術(shù)時間也不是很長，對身體的損傷也比較小。所以總體來說，肝臟血管瘤的手術(shù)，不是特別危險的手術(shù)，是低風(fēng)險的手術(shù)。
大多數(shù)有血管瘤的人，并不需要手術(shù)處理，多數(shù)情況下定期隨訪觀察即可。如果血管瘤特別多、特別大，侵犯到周圍器官、臟器的時候，如膽囊、腹腔的時候，可以做手術(shù)處理，而且現(xiàn)在手術(shù)方式有很多，不是所有的血管瘤都需要一并做處理。
