非萎縮性糜爛會(huì)癌變嗎

萎縮性的胃炎是在胃鏡、在內(nèi)窺鏡檢查下，取活組織進(jìn)行病理檢查，提示是一種萎縮性的胃炎，這種情況叫做癌前病變。
非萎縮性糜爛會(huì)不會(huì)癌變，要看一下有沒有腸上皮化生，就是異型的細(xì)胞增生。如果有嚴(yán)重的腸上皮化生，或者是嚴(yán)重的異型細(xì)胞增生，或者是現(xiàn)在叫做瘤性改變，也會(huì)引起癌變的。所以并不是只有萎縮性的胃炎會(huì)引起癌變，如果是胃里糜爛長期的不愈，引起來異常細(xì)胞的增生，當(dāng)異常的細(xì)胞增生超過一定限度，也就是超過了身體的免疫系統(tǒng)監(jiān)視能力的時(shí)候，細(xì)胞增生速度不再受到控制的時(shí)候，也會(huì)產(chǎn)生癌變。
