一、生理性，秋冬較干燥季節(jié)，皮膚較干燥會引起皮膚瘙癢。
二、過敏原因，如接觸某種東西或食用某些食物過敏，從而出現(xiàn)皮膚瘙癢，如蕁麻疹。
三、妊娠癢疹，主要出現(xiàn)在軀干部或四肢的紅色斑丘疹，可外用止癢藥物。
四、妊娠膽汁淤積綜合征，其以四肢癢較明顯癥狀，一般無皮疹，尤其夜里更癢。
