正常人的裸眼視力是1.0或5.0，如果對絕對的正視眼進行測量，它的屈光度數(shù)應該是0度，沒有任何屈光不正。
以一分制的視力表為例，標準視力就應該是1.0，如果是五分制的視力表，標準視力就應該是5.0，所以一個成年人的正常視力要么是1.0，要么是5.0。
如果真的是要測量一下是多少度，最理想狀態(tài)下的絕對的正視眼，應該是0度，沒有任何屈光不正，才是一個絕對的正視眼，才能裸眼視力是1.0或者是5.0，當然生活當中沒有這樣絕對正視的眼睛，一般如果屈光不正的度數(shù)很小，裸眼視力也可以達到正常。
