心肌缺血可通過臨床癥狀，心電圖甚至冠脈造影確診。
輕度心肌缺血可通過心電圖檢查確診，嚴(yán)重程度可通過冠狀動(dòng)脈造影檢查確診，如果有心肌缺血，多數(shù)會(huì)有活動(dòng)后心慌氣短、心悸、心前區(qū)不適，休息后好轉(zhuǎn)，要對(duì)患者做一個(gè)近期檢測(cè)，做一個(gè)心電圖，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)有明顯心肌缺血癥狀，需進(jìn)一步檢查，對(duì)于一些有胸悶、胸疼等潛在心肌缺血癥狀患者，可進(jìn)行冠狀動(dòng)脈造影檢查或冠脈CT、運(yùn)動(dòng)平板實(shí)驗(yàn)等這些檢查，主要還是依靠心電圖、心肌酶譜，基本是通過肌鈣蛋白，最終目的是讓心肌缺血得到及時(shí)診斷盡快治療。
