早泄和包皮過長有關系嗎

早泄和包皮過長沒有關系。90年代以前，臨床醫(yī)生覺得包皮過長，會影響病人的敏感性，會造成早泄，當時做了很多嘗試，比如給病人進行包皮環(huán)切手術，手術以后，有些患者的射精是會延長的。
后來研究證明包皮環(huán)切手術，對早泄病人，即使可以延長到半年以后，患者的射精、早泄也會重新發(fā)生，因為包皮手術只是早期，因為瘢痕，因為神經末梢的切斷，有適度的延長，所以包皮過長和早泄沒有關系，做包皮環(huán)切手術對于早泄的治療不會獲益。
