腰疼有什么癥狀

腰疼包括以下的幾個(gè)主要癥狀：一、腰后的疼痛，包含腰正中深部的疼痛。二、腰后廣泛的大范圍疼痛，從中腰部一直到下腰部到腰骶部。三、腰的一側(cè)疼痛，比如說腰的單側(cè)中間或者是髂嵴這個(gè)部位的疼痛。還有比較特殊的腰疼，有的時(shí)候表現(xiàn)為髖外側(cè)或臀部的疼痛，甚至還到大腿根的疼痛。所以背后可能只有一個(gè)原因，就是腰椎間盤。
當(dāng)然了，到了老年的時(shí)候，可能腰疼還包含了腰椎的小關(guān)節(jié)，到了年齡大了以后也會(huì)得關(guān)節(jié)炎，這種關(guān)節(jié)疼痛一般來說是指單側(cè)的做動(dòng)作的時(shí)候，比如說彎腰或者扭轉(zhuǎn)的時(shí)候這種疼痛。
