脂肪粒即白頭粉刺，和皮脂溢出旺盛密切相關(guān)，是毛囊口角化后，皮脂排不出去，淤在里面，從而形成脂肪粒。
毛囊口角化與青春期皮脂溢出比較旺盛有關(guān)，雄激素可以促使毛囊口出現(xiàn)角化，脂肪粒就是皮脂淤在里面形成的。脂肪粒有兩種，一種是成熟的脂肪粒，是突出在皮膚表面，呈半球形，可以用針清、冷凍、激光的方法處理。
還有一種是沒有成熟的脂肪粒，藏在皮膚里。長(zhǎng)脂肪粒的原因，和毛囊口過度角化有關(guān)，所以要進(jìn)行溶解微粉刺，從而減輕脂肪粒的發(fā)生。
