轉(zhuǎn)氨酶是我們肝細(xì)胞中的一種代謝酶。
肝臟參與人體的各種物質(zhì)代謝、蛋白代謝、脂肪代謝的糖代謝等，轉(zhuǎn)氨酶是其中的一個(gè)代謝酶。它存在在肝細(xì)胞的包漿里頭，如果肝臟有損傷的時(shí)候，肝細(xì)胞膜的通透性就會(huì)增加，轉(zhuǎn)氨酶就會(huì)釋放到血液當(dāng)中。
我們?cè)诔檠?yàn)的時(shí)候看轉(zhuǎn)氨酶的數(shù)值，就可以了解肝臟是否受到損傷以及損傷的嚴(yán)重程度。在抽血化驗(yàn)肝功生化的時(shí)候首先要看的就是谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶和谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶這兩個(gè)酶的數(shù)值，如果數(shù)值越高，說(shuō)明肝損傷越嚴(yán)重。
