小兒腹腔鏡手術(shù)以后肯定疼。因?yàn)楦骨荤R手術(shù)，畢竟在腹腔內(nèi)要打幾個(gè)眼，把鏡子要放進(jìn)去，有操作的空間，打的眼都是對(duì)腹壁的損傷，麻醉過去以后，疼痛肯定是會(huì)有的。當(dāng)然腹腔鏡手術(shù)，不僅是小孩會(huì)疼痛，成人做完腹腔鏡手術(shù)也是明顯疼痛的，而且還要往里打氣體，可能還會(huì)出現(xiàn)腹脹，肚子不舒服，甚至肚子疼都是有可能的。
因?yàn)楫吘箷?huì)導(dǎo)致腸道的功能會(huì)發(fā)生紊亂，在一定時(shí)間內(nèi)，腹腔鏡手術(shù)肯定會(huì)導(dǎo)致疼痛的感覺。
術(shù)后如果疼痛非常明顯，該用止痛藥的用止痛藥，但是疼痛不會(huì)持續(xù)的存在，要持續(xù)存在肯定是有別的原因。
