眼皮上長了肉疙瘩，通常見于兩種情況，第一是麥粒腫，也稱為針眼或者瞼腺炎，是睫毛毛囊附近的皮脂腺或者是瞼板腺的急性化膿性炎癥、粒腫分為內(nèi)麥粒腫和外麥粒腫兩型，外麥粒腫，是Zeiss腺的急性化膿性炎癥，初起在瞼緣部呈局限性充血腫脹，2-3天后形成硬結(jié)、脹痛和壓痛明顯，以后硬結(jié)逐漸的軟化，在睫毛根部形成黃色的膿皰、穿破、排膿迅速，重癥病例可以伴有畏寒、發(fā)燒等全身的癥狀。
第二個(gè)原因是霰粒腫，霰粒腫是因瞼板腺排出管道阻塞和分泌物儲留而形成的。
