可能有些孕媽媽拿到自己的超聲檢查以后，發(fā)現(xiàn)nt值在2.5或者甚至超過3.0，但是大家一定要知道出現(xiàn)了這種情況，不一定是孩子有發(fā)育異常。
我們在臨床上也觀察到，這樣的孩子也有到妊娠足月是一個(gè)正常的孩子，因?yàn)樵谟^察的過程當(dāng)中，首先要告訴大家的是超聲技術(shù)，它屬于影像學(xué)的檢查，并不見得nt值異常，就一定是一個(gè)染色體或者是會(huì)有出生缺陷的一個(gè)孩子，所以他也可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)一定的假陽性。
所以出現(xiàn)了這種情況，一定要和主診醫(yī)師充分溝通。那么在我們了解到孕媽媽的年齡，孕產(chǎn)史以及后續(xù)的這些檢查的情況下，根據(jù)他的具體情況來安排，是絨毛膜的這個(gè)染色體還是羊水穿刺的染色體基因檢查，或者是選擇無創(chuàng)啊DNA的檢查。
