嗓子干原因有很多，比如說感冒了也有可能會出現(xiàn)嗓子干，咽炎也會出現(xiàn)嗓子干，所以關(guān)注很多方面。第一方面有的時候嗓子干，可能跟飲水少有關(guān)系，大概成人每天需要補充2200ml的水分，而可能大多數(shù)人由于生活節(jié)奏緊張，忙著工作或者是辦事情，沒有充足的時間去飲水，這樣會產(chǎn)生嗓子干。
另外有一部分人，因為有睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征?？赡芨鷼夂蛞灿嘘P(guān)系。另外一部分患者因為長期熬夜，熬夜以后飲水量又比較少，這個時候也會出現(xiàn)咽喉部的癥狀。此外胃食管、慢性咽炎也會出現(xiàn)嗓子干。
