肝腫瘤包括良性腫瘤和惡性腫瘤。肝臟的良性腫瘤主要是包括像血管瘤、畸胎瘤等。
在肝臟的惡性腫瘤當(dāng)中，比較常見的就是肝癌、膽管細(xì)胞癌、膽管上皮癌都是惡性腫瘤。良性的肝腫瘤和惡性的肝腫瘤有著共同的癥狀，隨著腫瘤增長(zhǎng)體積和擴(kuò)大右上腹部就會(huì)出現(xiàn)脹痛。如果靠近肝的表面，還是惡性的情況下，惡性腫瘤增長(zhǎng)速度比較快，短期內(nèi)就會(huì)出現(xiàn)體積系數(shù)增大牽拉肝臟被膜就會(huì)出現(xiàn)肝區(qū)的疼痛。
腫瘤的占位會(huì)阻塞肝內(nèi)膽管的引流，出現(xiàn)阻塞性的黃疸、皮膚發(fā)黃、鞏膜發(fā)黃和大便變成陶土色一類的癥狀。
