乳腺腫瘤的癥狀主要是腫塊，當(dāng)然這種腫塊根據(jù)腫瘤的性質(zhì)，表現(xiàn)也是不一樣的，比如硬度、活動(dòng)度等。還有如果在彩超下表現(xiàn)，可以是有血流或者是說沒有血流。
一般來說偏惡性的腫塊是偏硬、質(zhì)地偏硬，邊界也不清楚，活動(dòng)度也會(huì)比較差。當(dāng)然，乳腺腫瘤也會(huì)引起其他的一些相應(yīng)的癥狀，包括向周圍組織浸潤，可能會(huì)引起疼痛不適、壓迫感，或者是說如果乳腺的腫瘤長在導(dǎo)管里面，叫導(dǎo)管內(nèi)乳頭狀瘤，可能會(huì)有乳頭溢液甚至乳頭流血的情況。發(fā)展的過程當(dāng)中也會(huì)造成腋下淋巴結(jié)腫大、乳頭回縮酒窩征，乳腺皮膚的橘皮樣變等。
