神經(jīng)鞘瘤術(shù)后神經(jīng)受損可以恢復(fù)嗎

對(duì)于大部分神經(jīng)鞘瘤患者的神經(jīng)功能，術(shù)后是能夠有效恢復(fù)的。大概80~90%的神經(jīng)鞘瘤發(fā)生在脊神經(jīng)的后根，手術(shù)之后可能會(huì)帶有神經(jīng)根分布區(qū)的麻木，而由于皮神經(jīng)的分布是有交叉支配的，鄰近的神經(jīng)根可以代替這部分神經(jīng)根的功能，一般在1-3個(gè)月之后，功能就可以逐步恢復(fù)。
還有一些神經(jīng)鞘瘤是發(fā)生于脊神經(jīng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)根，在腫瘤切除、神經(jīng)切斷之后，患者可能會(huì)在術(shù)后出現(xiàn)一定程度的運(yùn)動(dòng)功能障礙。這種運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)功能障礙通常在1-3個(gè)月之內(nèi)能夠有效的恢復(fù)。大部分患者在半年之內(nèi)都能夠完全恢復(fù)到正常狀態(tài)。
