ca125在卵巢癌、乳腺癌，包括一些肺癌、腸癌有時候也會來用，主要是在卵巢癌和乳腺癌方面用的比較多。有時候腫瘤患者得了瘤，這個指標(biāo)就會上來，就超過了正常值，把這個腫瘤一切掉，它的值就恢復(fù)到正常了。這種病人大概腫瘤和指標(biāo)之間的相關(guān)性有70%~80%，基本上和腫瘤的負(fù)荷的大小是一致的。因為ca125蛋白是由腫瘤細胞分泌出來的，所以，這個還是挺有用的。
ca125多少算是正常值，這種檢測有不同的方法。另外，還有不同的公司，它有不同的試劑，所以，這個指標(biāo)在不同醫(yī)院，要去用正常的人群去標(biāo)出一個正常的上界，要反復(fù)的去，每天都要去校正一次這個值。像我們醫(yī)院是35U/ml以下就算正常。
