成人肚子里有蟲，常見的癥狀包括腹部腹痛、身體消瘦、肛門瘙癢等癥狀。
當(dāng)腸道中存在寄生蟲時，寄生蟲通過腸壁吸收人體的葡萄糖，還會釋放一些毒物質(zhì)。當(dāng)腸道寄生蟲存在過多時，對腸壁造成的侵犯逐步增加，因此患者會感到腹部的疼痛。如果寄生蟲鉆到較窄的膽道、膽總管，會引起膽道的痙攣、膽絞痛的發(fā)作。
由于寄生蟲會消耗掉大量的人體的營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)，所以長期受到寄生蟲感染以后，患者會出現(xiàn)營養(yǎng)不良、身體消瘦。如果感染的是蟯蟲，雌蟲會爬出肛門，在肛門外排卵，出現(xiàn)肛周潮濕、瘙癢的癥狀。
