CA125的正常值是在35U/ml，CA125檢查100多U/ml，要進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的考量。
臨床上CA125升高，常見于以下兩種情況：
一、CA125輕度升高，常見于一些良性疾病，如子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥、子宮腺肌癥等。
二、檢會出現(xiàn)CA125輕度升高，做任何檢查機(jī)體都正常，這是一種正常的情況。
還有一種需要警惕的情況就是癌。臨床上卵巢癌常常發(fā)生CA125的明顯升高，有時(shí)會高于正常數(shù)值的幾十倍、幾百倍甚至上千倍。
所以CA125出現(xiàn)輕度升高或升高，需要進(jìn)一步檢查，比如做超聲、CT、核磁檢查，一些其他血的腫瘤標(biāo)志物的檢查，進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。
如果影像上發(fā)現(xiàn)有占位，比如卵巢占位又結(jié)合CA125明顯升高，有可能就是卵巢癌，但不是所有的卵巢癌都會出現(xiàn)CA125的升高，也要結(jié)合其他的一些檢查手段。
