全身筋絡(luò)疼痛就是指的是周身的疼痛，中醫(yī)認(rèn)為這是叫風(fēng)濕痹癥。
風(fēng)濕痹癥是氣血經(jīng)脈在身體虛弱的情況下，感受風(fēng)寒濕邪以后導(dǎo)致經(jīng)脈不通所致。痹癥分寒痹、熱痹、著痹、濕痹，還分為瘀血痹。常見(jiàn)于一些在寒冷環(huán)境里工作的人容易得周身的疼痛，寒冷一是比如說(shuō)東北，經(jīng)常有一些人容易得關(guān)節(jié)炎，或者經(jīng)常在空調(diào)的環(huán)境里工作日久也容易產(chǎn)生周身的疼痛。
治療痹癥一定要囑咐患者進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)捏w育運(yùn)動(dòng)，因?yàn)檫m當(dāng)?shù)某龊褂欣谶@些寒邪濕邪的排除，它可以提高療效。
